Is this natural, for a scam ,there are good they even tell you that your money is deposited in a Barclays bank account they want your personal information for transfer purpoese.Fortunatly for me one of my relative works in Barclays bank and when we check the address of the branch given to us,we found out it was fake trough the all way.

They will most likely send more spam to your email or give you a call (if you gave your number) and try to convince you that you actually won something.

People used the internet for better things. An investigation should be perform.

I received this email June 12th. Thanks for the input. It must be a SCAM!! I had the same winning numbers as some others posting this scam alert. If they are asking for money before they send the prize, that is extremely suspicious.

I received this scam as well and gave my details but no bank details. I have tried calling Paul Zuma and Flora of First National Bank of South Africa, and nobody picks the phone. The one i received for 800,000 pounds is a yahoo lottery. but the names are Gerri williams and Paul Zuma ( barrister from London) What crap is this?

Cos the details they required seemed harmless i.e Name, address, tel no etc but NOT BANK DETAILs or D.O.B I supplied them, I received another email today asking me to mail the delivery address to a courier company, I mailed back my home address and then rang the couriers to check, they informed me its a scam and the fraud squad are involved!! I received the same email so how do they get stopped, they take your dream’s from you and turn you in to someone that you are not. We all cannot be that greedy but you end up thinking that you are. This is the third one that has been sent to me,the first one said that I had won 915,810.00pound’s then when I sent back the relevant information that’s when they started asking for money to pay the courier’ I said no to that, then they were going to do a money transaction and that would have cost nearly two and a half thousand dollar’s I refused added a note to the letter about not being nice people so this lot will get the same type of letter as well.

I received the same thing just yesterday actually. Seems like a sad attempt for someone to gain your personal info for identity theft. All the info they ask for is the same info you have to give creditors. Cause think about it, with all the scamming and phishing going on, if Yahoo was teamed up with MSN or anyone else to do a monthly lotto don’t you think they would have it posted somewhere so that people would know it was for real. I recieved a similar notification yesterday, Dec. 4th. I decided to check it out before responding to them. I came to this web site and glad I did. The agent named in my e-mail was Arik Solomon. I just noticed this e-mail today. Its unfortuante that they’ve used the Yahoo and Microsoft name to actually make this look legit. I couldn ever imagine them picking names monthly and giving out such a large sum of money (820,000 pounds!)

I really would like to find a way to REALLY get this kind of scam taken care of. Is there any sort of higher up place we can send these things aside from just hitting “spam”? I’ve been getting all kinds of e-mails, but this one really bugs me.

The fact that I even thought about doing this (until I saw that you need a copy of your license or passport, which makes me think of such things as identity problems) definitely made me freak out.

Please help me find out a way to really get this taken care of. I feel terrible for anyone that falls for these things…and what could happen to them. This seems to have been going on for at least a year or so, and the fact that it has gone on that long and is continuing means that hitting “spam” is not enough.

There’s only one way to deal with these jerks: Kill them all and every member of their family, including kids, grandparents, parents, etc…the key is to drain their bloodline out of this planet. I had caught up with one of these black-as-night imbeciles less than 3 years ago: He’s lost a leg and left our country with only his left eye guiding him through the tarmac. Some lucky chap – we missed his balls with our .40 and .45. I sure look forward to catching up with the next one who comes along; this time we pray it’s a woman to balance things off. No law can spare him down here – if only because target papers are getting to be awfully boring. We should know – we’re the Law. Oh, the sensation of pinning down so-called scammers – it’s exhilarating, fulfilling….can’t wait for the next spree.

i got the same WINNER email with the baley house, har roaf suttor greater london address but my guys name were terry martins,helen jones and a sir richard k lloyd.
i sent them emails asking if this is a scam but no one emailed me back..so i email the courier and was told i had to pay 595.00gbp for delivery [hell thats my house payment] so i call the courier and the fone just rang i spoke with no one and left no msg and then a couple of hours later some guy who did not speak english call and id himself as an agent for the courier company an asked if he could help me?? i told him that i had called but left no msg or spoke with anyone so how did he know to call me back an that it was about the so called award. i have reported this but even reporting this is just a joke companies like msn and yahoo could care less.

I got this recently. I deleted the first notice and will continue deleting all such notices.
