sir very humbly the following to your knowledge with the request for an effective action.
i found a message from uknl on 20.03.2009 in i am one of the two winner from catagory /d/.
as per the advice given in the message i presented my claims before the agent mr fidelio walter who advice me consequently to contact mr smith wilium the manager of the llodys tsb bank for progress.idid accordingly and have been informed by the bank to pay in advanced 400 pound for reciving the wini nng fund.as i am unable to pay advanced.
i dont know whatispresentposition. Mr Fidelio walter advice in his messeage to contact the manager of llodys bank mr smithwilium for reciving my wining fund .as per the advice of mr willium I am scaned photo of my father mr rabinarayan dash for identi fication purpose and forwaded to him .
finally mr smith advice to pay advanced to mr houino of british high commission in new delhi by transferring to his s.b.i a/c for reciving the wining fund and certificate.i am sorry to inform that I have not yet recived anyt clear information regarding my wining fund and the certificate.
Under such circumstance I request to you humbly to enquire into this matter and a clearmessage to my i.d .which my help me in a positive way.
