It’s obviously a very dangerous diet and the diet creator has apparently been telling tall tales. She claims to have lost 198 lbs. in 11 months and maintained that loss for 5+ years, but when she was caught by the PI, she obviously hasn’t lost weight, she gained weight and is well over 300 lbs.

I also saw that there is a class action lawsuit in the works. Be sure to check out the website:
