INVESTMENT THROUGH EQUITY LINES OF CREDIT ACCOUNT:

Dear Sir/Madam,

My client has intention of investing his funds in countries with
political/economic stability and which also have great potentials for long term
investments for good returns. My client will also wish to place part of his
fund in your company as an equity for crude oil trading and real estate
development and investment. The amount involved is usd30.5m and I would like you
to be the manager of the funds for investment in your country.

You may not need to spend any money upfront as I have concluded arrangement
with a finance company that is willing to loan us money to finance the process
of this transfer. They only require us to introduce a partner in USA who may
receive the loan from them on our behalf through a Home equity line of credit
account with a bank in USA..This loan when received will be used to finance the
processing of the real transfer of my client’s fund [USD30.5 m].

If this proposal is acceptable to you, please get back to me, so that we can
work out remuneration of 10% plus 5% for expenses for your participation in
the transaction and know how we hope to achieve this objective.

Please send your telephone numbers to enable me call you soonest for more
information on this matter.

I am based in london, united kingdom.

I await your urgent reply.

Thanks.
