Do accept my sincere apologies if my mail does not meet your personal

I introduce myself as Mr Ming Yang an accounts officer, with an assets
management firm/ Bank in Hong Kong.

One of our accounts with holding balance of 13,600,000.00 (thirteen
million six hundred thousand dollars)  (Which i handle directly) has
been dormant and last operated in the past 4 years.

>From my investigations and confirmations, the owner of this account
is a Foreigner by name Stephen Goldberg, died on the 4th of January
2004 on a boat misharp. If this funds are not applied for within a
provided time period, corrupt Government officials will appropraite
this funds to themselves.

Since then nobody has done anything as regards the claiming of this
money, as he has no family Member, who is aware of the existence of
either the account nor the Fund. and None has come forward.
My late Client a contractor with Maritime agency here in Hong Kong.

I thus propose to do business with you, standing in as next of kin
with the my management for these funds from the deceased, and funds
released to you after due processes have been followed.

Your name and your information will be submited as one of the
contractors and next of Kin and, and my firm will issue a release order
for this funds in your favour.

This funds would be processed for and so approved in your favour.
