On the 16th, Feb, 2010, i recieved an email from MICROSOFT WINDOWS INTERNATIONAL telling me that i have won 275,000 euros, but am wondering are these not scammers on the internet, should i claim for my money. How can i do this please?

a i have no funds to do this with but they said i still could to git the money told me to contact lottery board and would help i need to know witch one and how to contact them
