I have received similar notifications requarding a winning from Microsoft Grant Program. Everytime I received some mail, I replied. We are now to the point where I am suppose to send in personal information along with my bank account information. I answered with, just send me a cashiers check. The response that I received from the SCAM was that it is policy to transfer funds in to my personal account. With this in mind, I decided to email back and let the company know that I am aware this is a SCAM and I am reporting to the local authorities here in my country.
Now that we are in a recession, everyone can really use the money (funds) that this SCAM states was won.
The persons behind this matter should be jailed and the key should be thrown away.
