Congrats! Scam (NEW) P 850,000 Grand Price , Is this a SCAM?

Today,November 3,2009 I recently recieve a message from
+639078416768 saying:

Congratulations! Ur sim# had won Php. 850,000 thru electronic raffle darw form PGMA charity foundation w/ Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas “Handog pangkabuhayan”

Then the next message I recieved

” Tawagan mO ako bukas during office hours.. ”

Then I replied where can I claim that price?

He replied

” 28 harrizon st, Malate,Metro Manila.2nd Floor,door 21,PGMA Foundation.

Then I replied to him, Who are you?

Then he said

This is Sec. Marciano S. Pineda of PGMA Charity Foundation,Information Department

    I also got a messege saying that my cel# has won 850.oo 2nd price winner for pang kabuhayan and the messenge came from the name of ATTY ROLDAN G REYES.. wew, is this man really wont stop..

    raul de leon had txt me taht i won 760 thou then i call him back he says that “kailangan mung bumili ng tatlong smart prepaid sim na nagkakahalaga ng 300 pesos para makuha ko sa western union ung napanalunan kong 760000 php…akala nya ata ngaun lng ako pinanganak…
